A welder joining a custom motorcycle frame in the workshop

About the Workshop

Built from imagination.

How Forge works

Forge Motor Works exists for one reason: riders kept asking for parts that no catalog carried. So we started making them. What began as one-off favours for friends' bikes grew into a small workshop where every part is designed in-house, fabricated by hand and proven on a real machine before it ships.

We don't resell. We don't badge someone else's work. Everything on the parts page left our bench — formed from raw sheet, machined from billet, or welded tube by tube.

The rule is simple: if a part isn't good enough to run on our own bikes, it doesn't go in a box.

Design

A part earns its place by solving a real problem a rider actually has.

Engineering

Right material, right tolerance, right fitment — worked out before the first chip flies.

Fabrication

Hand-formed, machined and TIG-welded. If it can't be made properly, it isn't made.

Built for Riders

Every design is tested on a real bike before it ships to yours.
